My name is Shania Howell. I am an Infant lead English teacher. I’ve been in the education field for 6 years. I have my Associate’s Degree in Early childhood education Infants and Toddlers Birth-2. I am currently in school for my Bachelors, I will be majoring in Special Education Birth-2nd Grade. I am passionate about providing nurturing and developmentally appropriate care for infants. As the Lead Teacher for the infant room, my primary goal is to create a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where each child can thrive. I believe in fostering strong relationships with both the children and their families, working closely to ensure that each child’s individual needs are met. My approach combines patience, creativity, and a deep understanding of infant development to encourage exploration, socialization, and growth. I am committed to supporting every child’s unique journey in their first year of life, helping them build a foundation for lifelong learning.
